📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new product launches), processing may take a little longer.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
🌱 Live Plants & Weather Conditions (coming soon...)
To protect live plants, we avoid shipping during extreme temperatures. If we feel weather conditions might impact your order, we may contact you to discuss options or delay shipment.
🔄 Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.), weather, or other unforeseen events once your package is in transit. However, we’re happy to help track your package if needed!
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.
❌ Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
