At Flor y Sol by Diana, we want you to love everything you grow and receive! While many of our items are made to order or perishable, we do our best to ensure each order arrives happy, healthy, and just as expected.
🌿 Live Plants (Coming Soon)
Due to the nature of live plants, all plant sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on live items.
However, if your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or not as described, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a photo and your order number to:

We’ll review the issue and offer a replacement, credit, or refund when appropriate.
🌱 Seeds
All seed sales are final and non-returnable. We guarantee that our seeds are carefully sourced and packaged with quality in mind. However, because germination depends on external factors (such as growing conditions, climate, and care), we cannot offer refunds or replacements for seeds that do not sprout.
If your seeds arrive damaged, mislabeled, or incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
🛍️ Non-Perishable Items (e.g., pots, tools, kits)
We accept returns for eligible items (not live plants) within 14 days of delivery if:

The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.).

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
